I previously went to another hair removal clinic, but unfortunately experienced burns. Went to Undo and did my first intake, and I would say it’s been nothing but an incredible experience! Kim Vanessa is amazing, she ensured I was fully aware of the different pulses and wave lengths of the machine especially when I told her my previous experience in another clinic. She also catered the machine for my skin tone to make sure I don’t have burns anymore.I am very happy with the treatment so far and would highly recommend it! Not painful at all!

I go to UNDO for permanent hair removal.I'm extremely happy. The first session worked very well, with very few hairs growing back after the session, they grow slowly and are finer.What's more, Phuong is there to take care of us, always very cheerful and professional, she explains each step in detail and always asks if we're comfortable (also with this new and latest machine, it's not painful at all).I'm always happy to go to my session and can only recommend, especially seeing the results.

The best tattoo removal laser company! My skin is perfectly intact, no scars or damages.I had the worst old tattoo from when I was 17, a complex wrist strap maori-style. I just need one more treatment (after two years) and I am free!The time in between treatments really is needed for the skin and recovery.Just go here with any tattoo that doesn’t serve you anymore! You’ll be a newborn person.

Phuong, the therapist, is great, very kind and friendly, who also gives great advice and information for before and after the treatment. She also informs on what to realistically expect. :) Can definitely recommend!

They explain you everything in detail and make you feel 110% comfortable during the treatment. 10/10 honestly.I did treatments for the bikini area, armpits, and full legs and I need to say - the effectiveness of the laser is also woww! I had treatments booked with Marina and our first intake session was very insightful for me. At a different tattoo removal studio they promised me to be done within 4-6 treatments but as I did not see any progress, I stopped the treatment after 4 sessions.Marina estimated the numbers of sessions still needed to 7-9 which was a shock at first sight but showed to be much more realistic.While I still do not love the treatment itself (as it is painful for me, even though the ice packs are helping), I love the fact that I clearly see progress after each session. I do trust Marina and feel in good hands!

The staff working there is the nicest and most caring you can find - I remember once I had an accident the night before an appointment (burned my hand badly) - and the next day, the ladies at the studio took care of it, put an extra bandage and cream on top of it - even though they did not have to. Everything inside is very sterile and clean - very much recommending this amazing place. Could not ask for more!

I wanted to delete an old ugly tattoo. The assessment went quick, I was clearly explained the deadlines and the costs and we started the treatment right away. My tattoo removal showed good progress, I am really happy how it went. In 7-8 treatments the tattoo was almost gone. All ladies working there are professional, friendly and the company sends the reminders before the appointment (which is handy because you do treatments only each 8-10 weeks). Would recommend the venue to everyone who wants to get rid of the tattoo.

Super ervaring! Malu helpt netjes en ben toch altijd een beetje zenuwachtig maar stelt me erg gerust. Vertellen goed wat ze gaan doen en waarom waardoor het allemaal wel mee valt. Als je tussen door even adem wilt halen om bij te komen gunnen ze je dat ook! Nu 3 behandelingen gehad en alle 3 als fijn ervaren. Ruimte waar ze in werken ik mooi en hygiënisch.

Vandaag (volgende dag) ziet de tattoo (kleuren tatoeage) er erg goed uit. Geen irritatie, pijn of blaasjes. Erg professioneel en zeer vriendelijk en begripvolle personeel. Zeker aan te raden als je een donkere huid hebt als ik :)

Ik ben gisteren in Den Haag geweest om mijn PMU (wenkbrauwen) te laten verwijderen. Toen ik PMU liet zetten, zeiden ze dat het tijdelijk was en het na 2/3 jaar weer zou verdwijnen. Niet dus! Na 4 jaar nog steeds donker en zelfs paars/blauw van kleur. Laser A is echt een aanrader, dit had ik jaren eerder moeten doen. Super vriendelijk en ik vond de "pijn" goed te doen. Net of er met een heet elastiekje tegen je hoofd wordt geschoten. Ze gaf aan dat er tussen de 2-5 behandelingen nodig waren, omdat het moeilijk te zeggen is. Ik werd vanmorgen wakker en het lijkt al bijna verdwenen! Dit had ik niet durven hopen. Ik ben zo ontzettend blij. Ik ben benieuwd hoe het uiteindelijke resultaat na 8 weken is.

Goede professionele organisatie die je uitstekend begeleidt bij het verwijderen van een ongewenste tatoeage. Het gaat helaas nooit snel genoeg dus hou er rekening mee dat je wel een paar sessies nodig hebt.
